摘    要:本研究通过建立大鼠前脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,然后应用恒磁场进行照射,10天后眼球取血,断头取脑观察其血液流变学指标,N0(一氧化氮)、NOS(一氧化氮合成酶)、GSH—PX(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)含量影响。实验结果表明,恒定磁场通过降低血液粘度,改善血液循环状态;降低N0对神经细胞的毒性作用;升高GSH—PX的活力,维持一定量的GSH对血脑屏障的保护作用.减轻缺血后脑水肿,对脑缺血再灌注损伤起到一定的保护作用。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of constant magnetic field on rats during the blood reperfusion after cerebral ischemia. we formed the cerebral ischemia model according to smith's method, then treated them by 40 mT constant magnetic field. Ten days later, the hemorrheology, NO, NOS and GSH-PX were observed. The results show that constant magnetic field can improved GSH-PX activity and hemorrheology, reduce No and NOS level. It has treatment effect for the reperfusion damage after ischemia.
