| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝组织切除术治疗肝胆管结石的临床疗效。方法将肝胆管结石患者150例随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例,观察组采用肝组织切除术治疗,对照组采用胆管切开取石治疗。结果观察组临床疗效的优良率为93.33%;对照组临床疗效的优良率为72.00%。观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者的临床疗效,差异显著(P<0.05);术后T管造影显示,观察组结石残留率为6.67%,对照组结石残留率为28.00%,观察组患者的结石残留率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝组织切除术治疗肝胆管结石,具有十分明显的临床效果,并且术后结石残留率低,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of liver tissue resection in treatment of bile duct stones.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with bile duct stones treated in this hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 75 patients.Patients in observation group were given with liver tissue resection,while patients in control group were treated by cholelithotomy.Results The clinical curative effects of patients in observation group were obviously better than those of patients in control group（P0.05）,and the residual stones in former group were obviously less than those of the latter group（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of liver tissue resection in treatment of patients with bile duct stones can obtain obviously clinical curative effect,and it is worthy to be popularized. |
