小儿小肠型肠套叠的超声诊断分析

目的 评价超声在小儿小肠型肠套叠诊断中的价值.方法 超声检查发现套叠部位后测量套叠部外径和长度,经小儿外科会诊后,肌肉注射阿托品0.01 mg/kg.15 min后再次观察小肠套叠征象有无消失,若套叠仍存在即采用X线透视下空气灌肠复位治疗.结果 超声诊断的18例小肠套叠,3例(16.7%)自行松解,5例(27.8%)经肌肉注射阿托品后自行松解;10例(占55.6%)肌肉注射阿托品后原部位小肠套叠持续存在,经透视下空气灌肠复位治疗后复查超声,套叠消失.结论 小儿小肠型肠套叠在超声图像上具有典型的声像图表现,结合X线透视下空气灌肠复位治疗的方法 ,可避免手术及严重并发症的发生.

Analysis of children enteric intussusception diagnosised by ultrasound

Objective To assess the value of ultrasound on diagnosis of children enteric intussusception.Methods A total of 18 patients with enteric intussusception were examined with ultrasound imaging,and the outside diameter and length of intussusception were determined.After the consultation of pediatric surgery with intramuscular injection of Atropine with 0.01 mg/kg,these patients were examined again with ultrasound to observe whether the enteric intussusception was lyric in 15 minutes.If not,the patients were treated "by air enema.Results Three were 18 children enteric intussusceptions diag- nosed by ultrasound spontaneously.Five patients were resetted after intramuscular injection of Atropine,and 10 patients were resetted by air enema.Conclusion Children enteric intussusception has typical sonographic appearances.Operations and serious complications can be avoided with ultrasound recheck in a short time and treatment with air enema.
