| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨耳鼻喉门诊护理存在的问题及处理措施。方法：总结对我院耳鼻喉门诊患者的护理经验。结果：有效的护理管理措施能减少医患矛盾,为患者就医创造更好的环境。结论：护理得当对于耳鼻喉门诊患者的诊疗过程有益。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the ENT out-patient care problems and treatment measures.Methods：Summarized nursing experience of ENT out-patient.Results：The effective care management practices reduced the doctor-patient conflicts,created a better environment for patients with medical treatment.Conclusion：Nursing properly be useful for the process of ENT out-patient clinic. |
