| 摘 要： | 目的 了解强直性脊柱炎 (AS)患者的抑郁状况。 方法 87例AS患者用抑郁自评量表 (SDS)进行问卷调查。 结果 39%AS患者具有抑郁临床表现 ,其中忧郁、能力下降、易激惹、睡眠障碍、性兴趣减退、生活空虚感、易倦、兴趣丧失、体质量减轻、无用感等抑郁症状常见。抑郁临床表现患者中 ,以受教育程度低、从事体力劳动者为主 (P <0 0 5 ) ,抑郁表现与病程 (P <0 0 5 )及婚姻相关 ,与病情活动 (P >0 0 5 )无关。 结论 在AS患者中存在一定程度的抑郁症状 ,诊治过程中要关注患者的心理和情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the level of the depression in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods 87 cases of in-patients and out-patients with AS were investigated using questionnaire of self rating depressive scale(SDS). Results 39% of patients have clinical features of depression. Depression, hypoability, irritability, dyssomnia, hyposexuality, vacancy, tiredness, hebetude, lose weight and incompetence are common. Most of these patients are manual worker, poorly educated(P<0.05). The levels of depression are related with disease course and marriage states(P<0.05), while the activity of their disease is not(P>05). Conclusion Patients with AS have symptoms of depression in a certain extent. Doctors should pay more attention to patient's mentality and emotion. |
