腹部闭合性损伤致膈疝的诊治分析

目的 膈疝是腹内疸的一种，后天获得性隔疝多系外伤所引起，隔疝有单纯性隔疝和膈肌裂伤引起的膈疝两种类型。其临床表现复杂，及时诊断及正确处理是治疗的关键。方法 对16例因腹部闭合性损伤所致的2种不同类型膈疝特有的临床表现、诊治经验进行分析。结果 均急诊手术探查，并进行抗体克、抗感染及对症处理，治愈率100％。结论 由于腹内压增高所致的腹部闭合性损伤应重视，并提高对肠疝及膈肌破裂致肠疝的认识，了解其特殊性，为完善最佳诊治方法创造条件。

DIAGNOSIS AND ANALYSIS OF THE ABDOMEN CLOSED DAMAGE LEADING TO SIAPHRAGMATICALLY

Objective Diaphragmatically is a kind of pulsion hernia,and acquired hernia is mostly result from injury. There are two kinds of diaphragmatocdele, one is simplex diaphragmatically, the other is diaphragmatically result from musculus diaphram injury.There are also complicated clinical presentations. So it is important to make a diagnosis and treatment on time. Methods The author carried on the particularly clinical presents and treatment in the two different kinds of diaphragmatocele. Results All the cases were performed emergency operation and treatment properly. The total effective rates were 100%. Conclusion we should pay more attention to rised pression result in the adomen closed damage and improve the knowledge of particularly diaphragmatocele and pulsionherniae, to make properly diagnosis and treatment.
