珠海市学生健康素养教育效果分析

摘    要:目的评价综合健康素养教育对珠海市学生知识和行为的影响效果。方法采用分层整群抽样方法确定调查对象;以健康教育和健康促进为策略开展以知识干预为主的干预活动;通过比较两次横断面调查对象知识和行为的变化情况评价干预效果。结果调查对象对“饮水健康知识知晓情况”、“自我保健意识情况”;“缓解精神紧张知识情况”;“青春期相关知识情况”以及“健康饮食知识情况”等问题基线调查整体知晓率32.3%,提高到终末调查整体知晓率43.2%。结论健康索养对于应对新发传染病的健康信息传播和社会动员非常重要,应将健康素养的培养纳入到学生教育的内容中,提高学生防病知识。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the impact of health literacy in the students of Zhuhai City.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select the investigation participants.Knowledge-based intervention was conducted through health education and health promotion.The effects of intervention on the changes of health knowledge and behaviors in investigation participants were evaluated through comparing with the results of two times of cross-sectional studies.Results Baseline survey was conducted through filling out the questionnaire about knowledge and awareness about drinking water,self-consciousness to health,relaxation from psychentonia,knowledge related to adolescent,knowledge and awareness about healthy diet,and so on;and the total awareness rate went up to 43.2% in the end of baseline survey from 32.3% at the beginning of baseline survey.Conclusions Health literacy is very important for students in response to the dissemination of health information about emerging infectious diseases and social mobilization.For improving the knowledge and awareness about disease prevention,education about health literacy should be brought into schooling.
