| 摘 要： | 目的 评价 6种常用抗生素预防手术感染的经济结果。方法 运用药物经济学原理对 6种常用抗生素预防手术感染的成本—效果进行比较分析。结果 在所调查的 6种药物中 ,环丙沙星是预防手术感染的最佳用药选择 ,其次为氧氟沙星。结论 开展药物经济学分析有助于合理用药 ,以最小成本获得最大效益

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the economic effectiveness of six antimicrobial agents for preventing post-operation infections.Methods Cost-effectiveness was comparatively analysed by using the principle of pharmacoeconomics in six antimicrobial agents for preventing post-operation infections.Results Ciprofloxacin was the best antibiotic to prevent infection and then ofloxacin.Conclusion Pharmacoeconomics was very impor-tant for us to choose the best rational therapeutic regimen and to gain the maximal effect with minimal cost. |
