支气管哮喘患者血清中sIL-2R的测定及意义

sIL-2R(可溶性白介素2受体)是活化T淋巴细胞的标志,哮喘发作时明显升高。我们检测了20例支气管哮喘病人血清中的sIL-2R,结果显示:急性发作时sIL-2R水平最高(585.78±68.05 u/ml),治疗2周病情达临床控制后sIL-2R下降(503.36±52.86 u/ml),但仍高于健康对照组(385.13±42.14 u/ml)。肺通气功能检查表明FEV_1(第一秒钟最大呼吸量)与sIL-2R呈负相关,其相关性在哮喘发作时明显。我们认为:支气管哮喘患者血清sIL-2R升高的水平可反应病人病情和肺通气功能损害的程度,但不是病情监测和疗效追踪的灵敏指标。

Detection of sIL-2R in serum of patients with asthma and its significance

sIL-2R were detected in twenty patients with bronchial asthma. The results showed that the level of sIL-2R was in the highest(585. 78?8. 05 u/ml) during an acute attack and descended(to 503. 36?2. 86 u/ml)after two weeks' treatment when the disease was clinically controlled, yet it was higher than normal (385. 13 ?42. 14 u/ml). The pulmonary ventilation test showed that FEV1 and sIL-2R were negatively correlated,especially during an acute attack. The level of sIL-2R is supposed to reflect the severeness of disease and the lesion degree of the pulmonary ventilation in the patients with bronchial asthma,but it is not a sensitive standard for monitoring or follow-up.
