| 摘 要： | 慢性病防治费用核算是卫生费用核算体系的子系统,全面准确地了解一个地区在一定时期内用于慢性病防治资金的筹集、分配、使用及人群受益状况,对于确定慢性病防控的优先领域和主要措施、评价防治措施的成本效益具有重要意义。文章主要探讨县级慢性病防治费用的核算框架、指标体系与结果形式,讨论可行的数据收集和测算方法,并简要介绍个案研究的主要结果。 |
