中医中药康复综合疗法对脑梗死后遗症的疗效研究

目的 探讨中医中药康复综合疗法治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法 选取2013-05～2015-05在韶关市乳源瑶族自治县中医医院接受治疗的脑梗死后遗症患者90例，随机分为两组。对照组45例，运用常规治疗法对患者进行治疗，观察组45例，在常规治疗的基础上再对患者进行中医中药康复综合治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 对照组有8例基本痊愈，病情显著缓解的11例，病情有所缓解的10例，治疗总有效率为64.4%;观察组有16例基本痊愈，病情显著缓解的18例，病情有所缓解有8例，治疗总有效率为93.3%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 临床上应用中医中药康复综合疗法对脑梗死后遗症患者进行治疗，能够有效提升脑梗死后遗症的治疗总有效率。

Efficacy of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicinerehabilitation of sequelae of cerebral infarction

Objective To explore Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for cerebral infarction sequela of clinical curative effect.Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction sequela were randomly divided into two groups,and control group for 45 cases,treating patients with conventional therapy,and observation group for 45 cases,with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect were compared of two groups.Results 8 cases in the control group basically cured,11 cases significantly alleviated,10 cases of remission.The total effective rate was 64.4%;basic observation group,16 cases recovered,18 cases of the disease was significantly alleviated,in remission 8 cases,total effective rate was 93.3%.Observation group total effective rate was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction can effectively enhance the overall efficiency of the treatment.
