中西医结合点状植皮治疗慢性肉芽创面的临床疗效观察

目的 观察中医辨证施治结合外科点状植皮治疗慢性肉芽创面的临床效果。方法 将63例慢性肉芽创面病例随机分为两组,治疗组采用生肌象皮膏结合点状植皮治疗,对照组单纯使用生肌象皮膏进行换药治疗,治疗3周,观察愈合率及创面生长面积。结果 两组痊愈率、面积缩小率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组痊愈28例,残余创面3例,痊愈率90.32%;对照组痊愈19例,残余创面13例,痊愈率59.38%。治疗组与对照组同一时点比较,面积明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 生肌象皮膏结合外科点状植皮治疗慢性肉芽创面疗效明显优于传统治疗方法。

Clinical effect of chronic wounds with traditional Chinese and western medicine-skin dot grafting treatment

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with surgical skin grafting in treatment of chronic granulation wound. Methods 63 cases of chronic granulation wound were randomly divided into two groups, and the observation group was treated with Shengji plaster and skin grafting and the control group were only given Shengji plaster. The healing rate and the area of wound growth were observed after 3 weeks of treatment. Resutls There were significant differences in the cure rate and area reduction rate between the two groups (P＜0.05). In the observation group, 28 cases were cured, 3 cases of residual wounds, the cure rate was 90.32%; 19 cases of the control group was cured, residual wound in 13 cases, the cure rate was 59.38%. the wound area of the observation group was significantly reduced than the control group at the same time point, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Shengji plaster combined with surgical treatment of patients with chronic wounds is obviously superior to the traditional method of treatment.
