摘    要:目的:探讨饱和水溶液法、液-液包合法、气-液包合法包合鬼针草挥发油β-环糊精包合物的工艺。方法:用饱和水溶液法、液-液包合法、气-液包合法3种方法制备鬼针草挥发油β-环糊精包合物,以包合物收率、挥发油包合率为综合评分指标,选择最佳的包合方法。结果:饱和水溶液法、液-液包合法、气-液包合法的综合评分分别为38.46%、66.17%、53.60%。结论:液-液包合法的综合评分最高,且操作简便,是制备鬼针草挥发油β-环糊精包合物较理想的方法,本实验为挥发油β-环糊精包合技术提供科学依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare processes of saturated aqueous solution method,liquid-liquid and gas-liquid inclusion technologies of bidens bipinnata β-cyclodextrin.METHODS Saturated aqueous solution method,liquid-liquid and gas-liquid inclusion technologies were used to prepare bidens bipinnata β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound,to choose optimal method with inclusion rate and inclusion rate of volatile oil as composite indexes.RESULTS Comprehensive scores of saturated aqueous solution,liquid-liquid and gas-liquid inclusion were 38.46%,66.17% and 53.60%,respectively.CONCLUSION Liquid-liquid inclusion method has the highest comprehensive score and the simplest operation.It is the ideal method to prepare essential oil of bidens bipinnata β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex,and can provide scientific evidence for bidens bipinnata β-cyclodextrin inclusion technique.
