直肠黏膜环切术联合阴道后壁修补术和自拟通便方在治疗女性直肠前突型便秘的应用

目的观察女性直肠前突型便秘患者行直肠粘膜环切术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids)＋阴道后壁修补术(vagina posterior wall repair)联合自拟通便方治疗后的临床疗效。 方法选取30例直肠前突女性患者，采用直肠粘膜环切术+阴道后壁修补术联合自拟通便方的方法治疗，观察此方法的有效率及术后并发症。 结果此方法治疗的有效率为96.67%，其中痊愈率86.67%，无效率为3.33%。术后均未出现感染、出血及直肠阴道瘘等。术后随访12个月至18个月，除1例患者仍存在排便困难伴肛门坠胀感，余患者不适症状均有明显缓解。 结论直肠粘膜环切术+阴道后壁修补术联合自拟通便方安全有效，效果显著，术后并发症及复发率低，值得推广。

The application of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids with vagina posterior wall repair and laxative in the treatment of female rectocele constipation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacies of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids with vagina posterior wall repair and laxative in the treatment of female rectocele constipation. Methods30 cases of female rectocele patients were treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids with vagina posterior wall repair and laxative. The effect and complications were observed. ResultsThe treatment effective rate was 96.67%, including 86.67% curative rate, the invalid rate was 3.33%. No postoperative infection, bleeding and rectovaginal fistula. Patients were followed up for 12 months to 18 months, All patients′symptoms were significantly alleviated except for one patient with defecation problems and feeling of anal pendant expansion. ConclusionsThe effect of prolapse and hemorrhoids with vagina posterior wall repair and laxative is significant, with low postoperative complications and recurrence rate, it was of worthy for promotion.
