通心络胶囊对颈动脉硬化的影响

目的 观察通心络胶囊对颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法 选择180例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为通心络治疗、辛伐他汀组和通心络+辛伐他汀组,每组60例。通心络组给予通心络胶囊1.14 g,每日3次;辛伐他汀组给予辛伐他汀20 mg,每晚一次;通心络+辛伐他汀组在辛伐他汀组治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊1.14 g,每日3次;疗程均为3个月。3组患者治疗前后以彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、平均斑块个数和斑块总积分,同时进行检测肌酸激酶及肝功能的变化,并记录不良事件的发生情况。结果 3组患者IMT、平均斑块个数、斑块总积分均有所改善(P＜0.05),通心络组与辛伐他汀组比较无统计学意义,通心络+辛伐他汀组的改变优于其他两组(P＜0.05),3个月内无不良事件发生。结论 通心络胶囊可以明显减轻颈动脉粥样硬化病变,疗效与辛伐他汀相当,通心络与辛伐他汀合用效果更佳。

Therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on carotid artery atherosclerosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on carotid atheronecrosis.Methods 180 patients with carotid atheronecrosis were randomly divided into three groups(60 cases in each group).The patients in Tongxinluo group were treated by Tongxinluo capsule (1.14 g,3 times a day).The patients in Simvastatin group were treated by Simvastatin (20 mg,quaque nocte,Qn),however,the patients in Tongxinluo +Simvastatin group were given orally Tongxinluo capsule (1.14 g,3 times a day) on the basis of Simvastatin therapy,with a treatment course of three months for all groups.The carotid artery inner intermediate thickness (IMT) and plaque state including the average number of patches and total integral of plaque were examined by color doppler ultrasonography.Results After three month follow up,the IMT,average number of patches and total integral of plaque in all three groups became obviously decreased(P＜0.05),however,there was no significant differences in Tongxinluo and Simvastatin group before and after treatment(P＞0.05).Compared with the other two groups after treatment,there were significant differences in these parameters in Tongxinluo + Simvastatin group(P＜0.05),no adverse events in 3 months.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can obviously alleviate the pathological changes of carotid atheronecrosis,it's effectiveness was equal to simvastatin.The combination approach of Tongxinluo capsule and Simvastatin is best.
