小柴胡汤辅助化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效观察及其对肿瘤标志物的影响

目的:研究小柴胡汤辅助化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌近期疗效及其对肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:选择晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为给予小柴胡汤辅助化疗的观察组和普通化疗的对照组,检测肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA153,血管生成指标VEGFA、VEGFB、sFlt-1,观察化疗不良反应例数。结果:治疗后观察组CEA、CA125、CA153、VEGFA、VEGFB水平以及不良反应的例数均明显低于对照组, sFlt-1水平明显高于对照组。结论:小柴胡汤辅助化疗能够有效的减少肿瘤标志物的分泌、抑制肿瘤血管的生长,是安全且有效的治疗方式。

Effects and influences of chemotherapy combined with minor bupleurum decoction on tumor markers of advanced breast cancer

OBJECTIVE To study effects and influences of chemotherapy combined with minor bupleurum decoction on tumor markers of advanced breast cancer.METHODS Patients with advanced breast cancer were collected and randomly divided into observation group receiving chemotherapy combined with minor bupleurum decoction and control group receiving chemotherapy. Tumor markers including CEA, CA125, CA153, angiogenesis index VEGFA, VEGFB sFlt-1 and adverse reactions were observed.RESULTS CEA, CA125, CA153, VEGFA, VEGFB levels and adverse reactions of observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. sFlt-1 level was significantly higher in observation group than in control group.CONCLUSION Chemotherapy combined with minor bupleurum decoction is a safe and effective therapeutic method, and can effectively reduce tumor marker secretion and tumor vessel growth.
