| 摘 要： | 唑吡坦是非苯二氮卓类的咪唑吡啶类药物,是选择性GABA（A）受体激动剂,常用于治疗失眠。临床发现唑吡坦对部分慢性意识障碍患者有显著"促醒"作用,但扩大样本的研究在群体水平上未发现唑吡坦的显著疗效,提示其治疗效果与个体敏感程度有关。 |

| Abstract: | Zolpidem is a non-benzodiazepine drug belonging to the imidazopiridine class, which has a selective agonist of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) and is used for the therapy of insomnia. Zolpidem has been reported as an "awakening drug" in some patients with disorders of consciousness (DOC), while study included more samples failed to show any clinically significant improvement on group level. It implies that the effect is relevant to personal sensitivity. |
