重症手足口病患儿艾司洛尔治疗前后LDH、CK、CK-MB、NE变化及意义

目的：探讨重症手足口病患儿艾司洛尔治疗前后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平变化情况及临床意义。方法：回顾性分析本院2013年12月~2014年12月收治的105例重症手足口病患儿的临床资料，设为观察组，给予艾司洛尔治疗。另选103例健康儿童作为对照组。观察观察组患儿治疗前后的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平变化情况，并进行分析。结果：观察组的LDH、CK、CK-MB、NE水平均显著高于对照组，均P＜0.05。较之治疗前，艾司洛尔治疗后观察组患儿的LDH、CK、CK-MB、NE水平均出现显著的下降，均P＜0.05。结论：艾司洛尔治疗重症手足口病患儿可以显著改善其心肌酶水平和去甲肾上腺素水平，有效减轻心肌损伤。

objective: Explore YiSiLuo er before and after treatment in children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK - MB), norepinephrine (NE) level changes and clinical significance.Methods: a retrospective analysis of our hospital in December 2013 to December 2014 were the clinical data of 105 cases of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease, set as observation group, give YiSiLuo treatment.Choose 103 cases of healthy children as control group.Observation group of patients before and after treatment of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK - MB), norepinephrine (NE) level changes, and analyzed.Results: the observation group of LDH, CK, CK - MB, NE levels were significantly higher than that of control group, P < 0.05).Compared with before treatment, YiSiLuo observation group after treatment of children with LDH, CK, CK - MB, NE were a marked decline in the level, all P < 0.05.Conclusion: YiSiLuo, treatment of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease can significantly improve the myocardial enzyme levels and norepinephrine levels, effectively relieve myocardial injury.
