可溶性细胞间黏附分子－1 在胎膜早破诊断中的价值

目的 探讨可溶性细胞间黏附分子－1在胎膜早破孕产妇和正常的孕妇血清中的表达差异。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测30例胎膜早破孕妇和30例正常孕妇外周血中sICAM-1的表达水平。结果 sICAM-1 在胎膜早破组孕妇血清中的平均浓度比正常组高,经分析差异有统计学意义(t=2.28,P＜0.05)。结论 sICAM-1是一个优秀的诊断胎膜早破的生物标志物,在临床上具有很强的应用价值。

Evaluation of soluble intercellular adhesion molecules-1in diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes

Objective To explore the difference of sICAM-1 expression level in serum between premature rupture of membrane(PROM) and normal pregnancy.Methods ELISA was performed to determine the concentration of sICAM-1 between 30 cases of PROM and 30 cases of normal group.Resutls sICAM-1 of two groups were positive expression in serum.In the test group the expression of sICAM-1(124.2±16.8)was higher than in the normal group(86.7±19.4).There is significant difference between the serum of two groups (t=2.28, P＜0.05).Conclusion Soluble intercellular adhesion molecules-1 was a good biomarker for diagnosis of PROM with high sensitivity and specificity.
