2013—2015年延安大学附属医院抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的 了解抗菌药物使用情况及变化趋势,评价抗菌药物使用的合理性,以促进抗菌药物的规范化使用。方法 对2013—2015年抗菌药物销售金额、所占比例、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果 抗菌药物销售金额占所有药品销售金额18%～24%,其中,注射剂型占12%～17%。结论 头孢菌素类为主要使用类别,日均费用比较大,不合理使用抗菌药物现象存在。

Analysis of antibacterialin affiliated hospital of Yanan university from 2013 to 2015

Objective To investigate the use of antimicrobial agents and evaluate the reasonableness of the use of antimicrobial agentsin order to promote the standardization of the use of antimicrobial agents.Methods Antibacterial sales amount,the proportion of defined daily dose system(DDDs) and the average daily cost (DDC) from 2013 to 2015 were statistical analyzed.Results The amount of antibacterial sales accounted for 18%~24% of all drug sales amounts,in which injectable formulation accounted for 12%~17%.Conclusion As the main use categories,the average daily cost of cephalosporinsis relatively large.The unreasonable use of antibacterial phenomenon exists.
