七氟醚+氯胺酮+丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉在小儿疝气手术中的应用研究

目的 分析七氟醚+氯胺酮+丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉在小儿疝气中的应用效果及安全性。方法 选择安塞县人民医院2013-01～2015-01期间收治的70例疝气患儿为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿给予咪达唑仑+氯胺酮静脉复合麻醉诱导,观察组患儿给予七氟醚+氯胺酮+丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉诱导,比较两组患者麻醉效果、苏醒时间及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患儿苏醒时间和并发症的发生率明显低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 七氟醚+氯胺酮+丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉诱导不仅安全性高、并发症少,并在一定程度上缩短了患儿的苏醒时间。

Intravenous-inhalational anesthesia effect on pediatric herniasurgery by sevoflurane + propofol +ketamine

Objective To analyse the intravenous-inhalational anesthesia application on pediatric hernia surgery by sevoflurane +propofol+ketamine.Methods 70 cases pediatric hernia surgery children treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Children in the control group were given midazolam + ketamine intravenous-inhalational anesthesia during surgery,children in the observation group were given sevoflurane + propofol +ketamine intravenous-inhalational anesthesia.Anesthesia effect,awakening time and complications of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference among heart rate,breathing rate,pain reflex disappearing time and eyelash reflex disappearing time of two groups,P＞0.05; the awakening time and the complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P＜0.05.Conclusion The effect intravenous-inhalational anesthesia on pediatric hernia surgery by sevoflurane+propofol +ketamine is sure,and it is not only high safety and less complications,but also shorten the children wake up time to some extent.
