摘    要:目的:基于个体化原则优化选择长效DHP-CCB。方法:基于层次分析法构造分析模型,应用yaahp 9.1软件逐级对各判断矩阵进行计算,根据结果选择权重最大的备选方案为最优方案。结果:结合实例对疗效、安全性、日成本及对疗效各影响因素重要性的综合评估,4种长效DHP-CCB的权重分别为非洛地平缓释片0.3236,硝苯地平控释片0.2723,氨氯地平0.2086,拉西地平0.1945。非洛地平缓释片为最优方案。结论:应用层次分析法原理,利用yaahp 9.1软件可以简洁实用地选择最优给药方案。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimally select long acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker(DHP-CCB) basing on individualized principle.METHODS This study constructed analysis model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP), then calculated each judgment matrix step by step using yaahp 9.1 software. The scheme with maximum weight was optimal scheme according to calculation results.RESULTS Specific cases were combined to comprehensively evaluate importance of efficacy, safety, daily cost and influential factors on efficacy. The weights of four DHP-CCB were 0.3236 for felodipine extended release tablet, 0.2723 for nifedipine controlled release tablets, 0.2086 for amlodipine and 0.1945 for lacidipine. Felodipine was the optimal scheme.CONCLUSION It is suggested that yaahp 9.1 software based on AHP may realize selection of optimal scheme simply and practically.
