创伤性膈疝的临床诊断与手术治疗效果研究

目的探讨创伤性膈疝的临床诊断与手术治疗效果。 方法随机选取2011年4月至2016年7月，新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院胸外科收治的42例创伤性膈疝患者，回顾性分析患者的临床资料，研究创伤性膈疝临床诊断与手术治疗效果。 结果42例创伤性膈疝患者手术均获得成功，手术成功率为100%。平均手术时间为(121.4±23.79)min，平均住院时间为(15.8±2.37)d。所有患者均无并发症，痊愈后出院。 结论创伤性膈疝，临床诊断存在难度，患者入院后，需动态监测临床症状，联合影像学检查，为早期诊断提供保障。以患者实际病情为依据，给予适宜的手术治疗，效果显著，值得广泛推广。

Study on the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia

ObjectiveTo make a retrospective study of the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. MethodsRetrospectively analyzed 42 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia patients treated in our hospital from April 2011 to July 2016, and summarized the experience clinical diagnosis and the surgical treatment effect of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. ResultsAll of these 42 patients were cured by operation, the success rate was 100% and the mean operative time was(121.4±23.79)minutes, the average length of hospital stay was(15.8±2.37)days.All patients had no complications, and were discharged after recovery. ConclusionClinical diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia is difficult, dynamic monitoring of clinical symptoms, combined with imaging examination provides the basis for early diagnosis.Appropriate surgical treatment should be performed based on the actual condition of patients, and the result is remarkable.
