晚期食管癌3种化疗方案的药物经济学评价

目的:通过药物经济学方法评价3种晚期食管癌姑息性化疗方案,为临床化疗方案的选择提供参考。方法:采取回顾性研究方法针对某院2011-2013年姑息治疗的住院晚期食管癌患者进行筛选,共选出91例病例分为3组方案,分别为Ⅰ组(32例)奈达铂+替吉奥方案,Ⅱ组(30例)奈达铂+卡培他滨方案以及Ⅲ组(29例)奥沙利铂+左亚叶酸钙+5-氟尿嘧啶方案,运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:3组有效率分别为53.1%、53.3%、51.7%,成本效果比分别为452.13元/1%、442.55元/1%、455.45元/1%。结论:Ⅱ组方案具有相对较高的药物经济学意义,值得临床进一步研究。

Pharmacoeconomic evaluation of three chemotherapeutic regimens against advanced esophageal carcinoma

OBJECTIVE By using pharmacoeconomic evaluation of three palliative chemotherapies against advanced esophageal carcinoma, to provide reference for clinical chemotherapeutic options and medical researches.METHODS Retrospective analysis was used to screen advanced esophageal carcinoma inpatients treated by palliative therapy in our hospital from 2011 to 2013. A total of 91 cases were selected and divided into three regimens: nedaplatin+S-1 (group Ⅰ, n=32), nedaplatin+capecitabine (group Ⅱ, n=30) and oxaliplatin+calcium folinate+5-fluorouracil (group Ⅲ, n=29). Pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate 3 regimens.RESULTS The effective rates of three regimens were 53.1%, 53.3% and 51.7%, and ratio of cost-effectiveness was 452.13 yuan/1%, 442.55 yuan/1% and 455.45 yuan/1%, respectively.CONCLUSION Group Ⅱ has a relatively higher pharmacoeconomic significance and it is worthy of further researches.
