甘肃东乡及裕固族牙周炎口腔微生物群落结构研究

目的:研究甘肃东乡族和裕固族成年人牙周炎唾液微生物群落结构。方法:构建16S rRNA克隆文库对测序结果进行分析,DP(东乡族样本),YP(裕固族样本)。结果:发现链球菌属存在于所有样本中;伴放线放线杆菌属(DP:0.00%, YP:3.30%)、奈瑟菌属(DP:10.40%, YP:3.60%)及韦永球菌属(DP:0.40%, YP:3.85%)在两组样本中的分布具有明显的差异(P＜0.05)。结论:甘肃东乡及裕固族牙周炎口腔微生物群落结构存在一定差异,其中,链球菌属、普氏菌属、梭杆菌属及嗜血杆菌属在牙周炎患者口腔中的作用值得进一步研究。

Oral Microbial Community Structure of Periodontitis Patients between Dongxiang and Yugurs in Gansu Province.

Objective: To study the salivary microbial community structure in adult periodontitis patients between Dongxiang and Yugurs in Gansu province. Methods: By constructing 16S rRNA gene clone library, we ananlyzed the sequencing results of DP(Dongxiang periodontitis samples) and YP(Yugurs periodontitis samples). Results: Streptococcus were detected in all 10 samples. There was a significant difference (P<0.05) of Actinobacillus (DP: 0.00%, YP: 3.30%), Neisseria (DP: 10.40%, YP: 3.60%) and Veillonella (DP: 0.40% , YP: 3.85%) between the two groups. Conclusion: There might be a certain difference of oral microbial community structure between Dongxiang and Yugurs periodontitis. And the roles of Streptococcus, Actinobacillus, Neisseria and Veillonella in the oral cavity of periodontitis patients may deserve further study.
