大鼠高脂血症模型建立效果评价

摘    要:目的 评价运用SD大鼠建立高脂血症动物模型的效果。方法 24只5周龄健康SD大鼠(雌雄各半)根据体重随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组,分别饲以基础饲料、高脂饲料。于喂养的第28天、第45天麻醉各组大鼠,经眼球采血,测定血清中血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化。结果 在造模28天时,与对照组相比,模型组大鼠血清TC、LDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.01),而TG水平降低(P<0.05)。在造模45天时,模型组大鼠血清TC、LDL-C水平升高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清TG、HDL-C水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。造模28天和48天血脂水平相比差异没有统计学意义。结论 SD大鼠经喂养高脂饲料28天后可以成功建立较理想的高脂血症动物模型。

Abstract:Objective To explore the theoretical basis for a more reasonable use of hyperlipidemia animal mode.Methods twenty-four healthy SD rats were randomly divided into control group and high fat model group at 5 week old.After 28 days and 48 days of feeding,the blood was collected and blood lipid levels,including total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) were measured.Results In 28 days of modeling,the levels of serum TC and LDL-C in the model group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the level of TG was slightly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 45 days,similarly,the levels of serum TC and LDL-C in the model group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the level of TG was slightly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),For serum levels of TG,HDL-C,there was no statistically significant difference compared with that of the control group.The serum lipid level difference was not statistically significant between modeling 28 and 48 days.Conclusion After feeding high fat diet for 28 days,SD rats can successfully establish the ideal hyperlipidemia animal model,and the pathological changes of the tissues of rats in this time should be further studied.
