| 摘 要： | 目的:评价某院心脑血管药物的临床应用情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法:采用主次因素分析法对该类药品使用数量、金额 、品种进行统计分析,并对A类药品进行分析。结果:A类药品15种,占品种数的14.56%,金额构成比的72.17%。结论:该院心血管用药基本合理,应逐步加强对辅助用药的监控。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate clinical application of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs in hospitals, and provide a reference for rational drug use.METHODS ABC method was used to classify drug use amount, variety of statistical analysis. Class A drugs were analyzed.RESULTS Fifteen kinds of class A drugs accounted for 14.56% of total drug species, and 72.17% of capital amount.CONCLUSION Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs in the hospital are basically rational. Adjuvant monitoring should be gradually strengthened. |
