摘    要:目的:为国内自动化药房的建设提供参考。方法:介绍我院自动化发药系统及其工作流程,以不同时间段患者取药等候时间和药师步行数为指标,评价了自动化发药系统对调剂效率和调剂工作强度的影响,探讨了自动化药房建设中应该注意的问题。结果:自动化发药系统使患者取药等候时间缩短20%,调配药师步行工作强度降低65%,门诊药房自动化促进了药师工作重心的转移。结论:自动化药房是医院现代化建设的必然趋势。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide beneficial reference for construction of domestic automated outpatient pharmacy.METHODS Automated drug dispensing system and its working process in our hospital were introduced. The impact of automated drug dispensing system on dispensing efficiency and work intensity was evaluated by using patient waiting time and pharmacist walking step number as indicators. Key problems in construction of automated pharmacy were discussed.RESULTS Through automated dispensing systems, patient waiting time decreased by 20% and pharmacist walking work intensity decreased by 65%. Automated outpatient pharmacy promoted transfer of pharmacists' work focus.CONCLUSION Automated pharmacy is an inevitable trend for hospital modernization construction.
