脑电图在儿童病毒性脑炎临床诊断中的应用价值

目的 探讨小儿病毒性脑炎的检查诊断中脑电图的临床应用价值。方法 选取合阳县人民医院2014-05～2015-05收治的36疑似病毒性脑炎的儿童患者,进行脑脊液、头颅CT以及脑电图检查,并将检查结果进行比较分析。结果 头颅CT以及脑脊液检查的异常率显著低于脑电图检查(P＜0.05),且脑电图对低龄组患儿的脑电图检查异常率为91.67%,显著低于高龄组的33.33%(χ²=42.475,P＜0.001)。同时,脑脊液检查组发病时间为1～3 d的异常率为11.11%,显著低于脑电图检查组(χ²=4.126,P=0.042)。脑脊液检查组发病时间为4～7 d的异常率为16.67%,显著低于脑电图检查组(χ²=6.545,P=0.011)。脑电图检查组异常率明显较头颅CT检查组异常率高(χ²=17.191,P＜0.001)。结论 应用脑电图检查小儿病毒性脑炎,其敏感性较脑脊液检查以及头颅CT检查都高,且具有良好的实际意义以及很好的临床应用价值。

Application value of EEG in clinical diagnosis of viral encephalitis in children

Objective To explore the role of EEG in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis in children and its clinical application value.Methods Cerebrospinal fluid,brain CT and EEG examination of 36 children suspected of viral encephalitis which admitted to hospital in May 2014 and May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT and cerebrospinal fluid examination of the abnormal rate was significantly lower than that of EEG (P＜0.05),and EEG abnormal rate of younger age groups was 91.67%,which significantly lower than that in the elder age group of the 33.33% (χ²=42.475,P＜0.001).Also,the abnormal rate of occurrence time for 1~ 3 days of cerebrospinal fluid examination group was 11.11%,which was significantly lower than that of EEG group (χ²=4.126,P=0.042).Similarly,the abnormal rate of occurrence time for 4~7 days of the cerebrospinal fluid examination group was 16.67%,which was significantly lower than the EEG group (χ²=6.545,P=0.011).The abnormal rate of EEG was significantly lower than that of the head CT examination group(χ²=17.191,P＜0.001).Conclusion The sensitivity of EEG in children with viral encephalitis higher than cerebrospinal fluid examination and CT examination,and it has a good practical significance and good clinical application value.
