八子补肾胶囊对去势大鼠性功能的影响

 目的 观察中药制剂八子补肾胶囊对雄性大鼠性功能的改善作用。方法 采用雄性大鼠去势模型,将状态良好的60 d大鼠,随机分为模型组,八子补肾高、中、低剂量(给药量分别为4、2、1 g /kg)组,睾酮组(0.9 mg/kg),正常对照组,每组10只。给药4周后测定电刺激诱导的阴茎勃起功能,取副性器官称重计算脏器指数,取血,测定血清睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(TSH)和皮质醇(F)的含量。结果 与模型组相比,八子补肾高、中剂量组大鼠勃起潜伏期明显缩短(5.9±1.9 s,6.2±2.2 s vs 8.9±3.2 s),勃起持续时间明显延长(5.4±1.7 s,5.1±1.8 s vs 3.2±2.0 s),T含量明显升高(0.41±0.08 nmol/L,0.39±0.14 nmol/L vs 0.22±0.08 nmol/L),F含量明显升高(36.46±5.12,34.67±5.09 vs 26.79±5.21)。结论 八子补肾胶囊能够有效调节去势大鼠性激素水平,改善其性功能。

Effects of Bazi Bushen Capsules on sexual function in castrated rats

Objective To evaluate the effects of Bazi Bushen Capsules on sexual function. Methods The rats underwent right orchidectomy. Meanwhile, they were treated with 3 doses of Bazi Bushen capsules for 4 weeks. Then we used electric stimulation to induce erection of penis, and tested the erection latency and the persistence time. Then, the accessory sex organs were cut off and their indices were calculated. We also tested the levels of sex hormone such as T, LH, TSH and F. Results The doses of 4 g/kg and 2 g/kg shortened the erection latency and lengthened the erection persistence time, improved the level of T and F significantly, increased the indices of preputial gland and the sum of seminal vesicle and prostate. Conclusions Bazi Bushen capsules can regulate hormone levels and improve sexual function.
