532 nm激光泪道成形联合环形泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞的临床效果分析

目的 分析评价532 nm激光泪道成形联合环形泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞的临床效果。方法 对泪道阻塞患者72例102眼采用532 nm激光泪道成形联合环形泪道置管术进行治疗,并于术后2个月取出泪道环形置管。其中男性33例、女性39例,平均年龄(38.4±6.7)岁。结果 术后99眼得到很好的疏通,有效率为97.06%;8眼复发,二次行激光泪道成形联合泪道置管手术;69例一次性得到治愈,治愈率为95.83%。结论 采用532 nm激光泪道成形联合环形泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞效果显著,安全可靠,值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical effect of 532 nm lacrimal laser angioplasty combined annularintubation in the treatment of lacrimal obstruction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 532 nm lacrimal laser angioplasty combined annular intubation in the treatment of lacrimal obstruction.Methods This study was focused on 102 eyes of 72 patients with lacrimal obstruction who received 532 nm lacrimal laser angioplasty combined annular intubation.The series comprised 33 males and 39 females.The average age was (38.4±6.7).Results There were 99 eyes with the complete unobstruction,the total effective rate was 97.06%.7 eyes experienced recurrence, and received the same treatment again.69 patients had completely resolved after operation, and the cure rate was 95.83%.Conclusion Clinical effect of 532 nm lacrimal laser angioplasty combined annular intubation in the treatment of lacrimal obstruction is remarkable, safety,reliable, worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
