某地区不同孕期健康孕妇D-二聚体正常参考值的调查

目的 探讨某地区不同孕期健康孕妇体内D-二聚体( D-Dimer,简称D-D)的正常参考范围。方法 选取在延安大学附属医院建档的延安地区健康孕妇923例,回顾性收集其体内D-二聚体检测值,并根据孕周将其分为三组:孕早期组、孕中期组、孕晚期组。结果 延安地区健康孕妇D-二聚体95%正常参考范围<3.83 μg/mL;孕早期组<1.11 μg/mL,孕中期组<2.10 μg/mL,孕晚期组<3.90 μg/mL;从孕早期组至孕晚期组阳性率分别为84.26%、90.65%、94.16%。结论 初步确定了延安地区健康孕妇及各孕期D-二聚体的正常参考范围＜3.83 μg/mL。

Analysis of D-dimer of healthy pregnant women at differentpregnancy period in a certain district

Objective Discussing about the normal fluctuation range of D-dimer of healthy pregnant women in a certain district.Methods 923 samples of healthy pregnant women from the hospital in a certain district were chosen, and the level of D-dimer was retrospective analysis.The pregnant women were divided into three groups: the first trimester group, the second trimester group and the third trimester group according to gestational week.Resutls The 95% pregnant women in the district at D-dimer of normal reference range is 3.83 g/mL, the first trimester group is >1.11 g/mL, the second trimester group is >2.10 g/ml, and the third trimester group is >3.90 g/mL; the positive rate for the first trimester to the third trimester is 84.26%, 90.65%, 94.16%, respectively.Conclusion The normal reference range of D-dimer in healthy pregnant women and pregnant women in the area was preliminary investigated, which provided a useful reference for clinicians to judge the D-dimer level of pregnant women.
