手术后辅以中药熏蒸治疗肛裂疗效77例分析

目的 观察手术后中药熏蒸治疗肛裂的疗效。方法 将我院2013-01～2014-01收治的77例肛裂手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组39例，对照组36例，观察组在常规手术治疗后辅以中药熏蒸，对照组仅使用手术疗法。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率97.44%，高于对照组的78.95%;观察组的创面恢复时间(11.1±3.2)d短于对照组(15.5±4.6)d;观察组的治疗后患者疼痛评分(2.63±0.86)低于对照组(4.01±0.71)。整体效果优于对照组。结论 肛裂手术后辅以中药熏蒸是治疗肛裂的好方法。

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for77 cases anal fissure after surgery

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of anal fissure after surgery.Methods 77 cases of patients with anal fissure surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital.The observation group of 39 cases treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation after conventional surgery and control group of 36 cases only given surgical therapy.Results The total effectiveness of observation group (97.44%) was higher than the control group (78.95%); the wound recovery time of observation group(11.1±3.2)d was shorter than the control group(15.5±4.6)d;the pain score of observation group (2.63±0.86) was lower than controls group(4.01±0.71).The overall effect of observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion Anal fissure surgery supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is a good way for the treatment of anal fissure.
