| 摘 要： | 目的观察并比较紫杉醇联合卡铂方案治疗晚期肺鳞状细胞癌与晚期肺腺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法回顾性分析81例晚期肺鳞状细胞癌与腺癌，其中鳞状细胞癌组39例，腺癌组42例。结果鳞状细胞癌组有效率为41．0％，中位TTP为5．6个月，腺癌组有效率45．2％，中位肿瘤进展时间为6．0个月，疗效无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、肌肉疼痛、脱发、外周神经炎，两组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论TC方案对晚期肺鳞状细胞癌与腺癌均有效，疗效与毒副反应相似。
