| 摘 要： | 目的：运用可吸收内固定材料自身增强聚丙交酯（SR-PGA）治疗颌面部骨折的临床观察。方法：20例颌面部骨折应用可吸收内固定材料（SR-PGA）做坚固内固定，3-12个月后复查咬合关系、伤口愈合情况、面部外形、骨折愈合情况及软组织、神经损伤等。结果：除1例下颌骨颏部骨折出现移位，其余病例均恢复较好咬合关系，伤口愈合良好、无感染，X线检查未见骨愈合不良。结论：可吸收内固定材料SR-PGA由于生物相容性好，具有一定强度，可降解、吸收，是较理想的固定材料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility of absorbable plates in the treatment of fractures of jaws. Methods: 20 cases of jaw fractures were treated by internal fixation using absorbable plates made from SR-PGA. After 3～12 months, occluding relation、condition of wound healing、contour of face、conditions of bone, soft tissue and nerve were examined. Results: All patients wound were healing well. Occlusion relation restored.No infection were observed. 1 case manifested displacement of fracture of mandible chin. Conclusion: Absorbable plate of SR-PGA is an ideal material to fix fractures of jaws. |
