| 摘 要： | 目的:研究利咽含片中绿原酸的含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。ODS柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(24∶75∶1)为流动相,流量为0.9ml/min,检测波长为329nm。结果:绿原酸在0.130μg~0.650μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9994,回收率为100.02%,RSD为1.29%。结论:本法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the contents of chlorogenic acid in LI YAN Lozenge with HPLC.Methods: The contents contents of chlorogenic acid in LI YAN Lozenge were determined with HPLC, HPLC column was ODS, the mobile was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid((24∶75∶1)),the flow rate was 0.9 ml/min,the detection wavelength was at 329nm. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was in the range of 0.130～0.650μg,r=0.9994,and its average recovery was 100.02%(RSD=1.29%).Conclusion: It is sensitive, simple, accurate, so HPLC can be used for the determination of preparations and the standards of the quality control. |
