老年性白内障患者晶体中锗、镉和镍元素分析

我们首次测定了老年性白内障患者晶体不同混浊期及透明晶体中锗含量，同时还测定了晶体中镉和镍含量，结果表明：老年性白内障患者晶体处于未熟期，锗含量与透明晶体的值接近，并随晶体混浊度发展而明显上升。此外，老年性白内障患者未熟期或近熟期晶体中的镉或镍含量基本上与透明晶体的相近，但在成熟期晶体中镉含量低于透明晶体，而镍含量则高于透明晶体。
