清肝化浊饮治疗高尿酸血症的临床观察

目的：探讨“从肝论治”高尿酸血症，拟定清肝化浊饮进行临床观察。方法：将60例高尿酸血症患者，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组应用清肝化浊饮每日一剂，对照组苯溴马隆50mg／d，各治疗4周。结果：降尿酸作用疗效：治疗组有效率90％，对照组有效率93．3％；临床症状改善：治疗组明显优于对照组；血糖：治疗组用药和对照组用药都没有明显作用；血脂：治疗组用药有降血脂的作用，而对照组用药没有降血脂的作用；安全性评价：对照组出现药物不良反应，治疗组未出现。结论：清肝化浊饮具有降低血尿酸、血糖、血脂的作用，且无明显不良反应。

The Clinical Research on the Clearing Liver and Relieve Turbity Formula in Treating Hyperuricemia

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of clearing liver and relieve turbity formula in treating hyperuricemia. Methods:60 cases of hyperuricemia were divided into the therapy group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The therapy group was treated with clearing liver and relieve turbity formula.The control group was treated with benzbromarone(50mg/d) for 4 weeks.Results:serum BUA: The effective rate of treatment group is 90%. The effective rate of control group is 93.3%.FPG:The two groups had no evident effects.Blood-fat:The treatment group had effects in depressing blood-fat. The control group had no evident effects in depressing blood-fat. Safty evaluations:The hepatic renal function in the therapy group was normal.There were abnormal reactions in the control group.Conclusions:The clearing liver and relieve turbity formula could depress serum BUA, FPG and Blood-fat,without significant adverse effects.
