电刺激大鼠尾核头部对中央灰质痛相关神经元电活动的影响

摘    要:电刺激大鼠尾核头部对中脑中央灭质(PAG)中痛相关神经元的电活动有明显的抑制作用,表现为自发放电减少和痛反应减弱,而对痛无关神经元的抑制作用不明显。分别向侧脑室注射微量吗啡和乙酰胆碱可产生与刺激尾核相同的效应,并分别被其拮抗剂纳络酮和阿托品所阻断。根据结果推测,刺激尾核头部对PAG中痛相关神经元的抑制作用可能是通过内啡肽能和胆碱能纤维共同实现的。

Abstract:Spontaneous discharges from three types of neurons in PAG were recorded. Electrical stimulation of nucleus caudatus decreased the freqllency of spontaneous discharges from pain-sensitive neurons, including pain-excited (PEN) and pain-inhibited (PIN) , whereas the effect on the pain-nonsensitive (PNSN) neurons was not so significant.Microinjection of morphine and acetylcholine into ventriculus lateralis could also inhibit spontaneous discharges from pain-sensitive neurons just as when nucleus caudatus was stimulated. The inhibitory effect of nucleus caudatus was blocked when naloxone and atropine were injected into ventriculus lateralis. These results sugeest that the inhibitory effect of nucleus caudatus on pain-sensitive neurons in PAG are mediated through endorphinergic and cholinergic neurotrans-nsmitters.
