异体陶瓷化骨粉复合盖髓的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察异体陶瓷化骨粉与克林霉素复合盖髓剂对狗性牙本质形成的影响。方法:分别以陶瓷化骨粉克林霉素生理盐水糊剂、陶瓷化骨粉克林霉素鱼肝油糊剂、陶瓷化骨粉生理盐水糊剂作狗牙直接盖髓实验。以氢氧化钙直接盖髓对照.结果:异体陶瓷化骨粉克林霉素生理盐水糊剂盖髓生物相容性好,早期(1周)可见纤维性基质形成,8周大都形成致密骨样修复性牙本质桥。结论:异体陶瓷化骨粉克林霉素生理盐水糊剂盖髓,牙髓修复发生早,牙本质桥形成致密完整,且作盖随剂具有良好发展前景。

Abstract:Objective:To observe that the compound pulp capping agent consisting of the porcelain homogenic bone powder and clindamycin affects the reparative dentin reformation in dogs.Methods:The porcelain homogenic bone powder paste with clindamycin and normal saline, the porcelain homogenic bone powder paste with clindamycin and cod-liver oil, and the porcelain homogenic bone powder paste with normal saline were respectively applied to experiment with the direct pulp capping, for comparison with that on calcium hydroxide.Results:In the group with the porcelain homogenic bone powder paste with clindamycin and normal saline, the result showed excellent compatibility .At early stage (in 1 week) the fibric base material, and at the eighth week the compact bone-like reparative dentin bridge reformation can be seen under the microscope.Conclusions:The direct pulp capping agent of the porcelain homogenic bone powder paste with clindamycin and normal saline has many advantages: such as more early pulp reparation, perfect and dense dentin bridge reformation.In our opinion, we suggest that is the prospect for it is bright in development in the direct pulp capping.
