| 摘 要： | 目前,职业疲竭已成为最普遍的医学心理学问题之一,各行各业的人们在工作时都或多或少表现了疲竭感的症状,本文就在医疗卫生行业中出现的护士疲竭感现象,对其影响因素作一归纳分析,并提出一些建议供同行们参考。

| Abstract: | At present, occupational stress has become one of the most popular problem in medical psychological field. People more or less feel stressed during working in various jobs. This paper will give a summarized analysis of the influential factors of occupational stress in nurses in the medical field and propose some advice for the colleagues to refer to. |
