新疆沙湾县人群包虫病感染的血清流行病学调查

1986年8月对沙湾县农业区、农牧区和牧区的3144人用皮内试验(ID)和间接血凝试验(IHA)两种方法进行人群包虫病血清流行病学初筛,再用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFA)两法进行复查。农业区1069人,感染率7.5％;农牧区1064人,感染率5.3％;牧区1011人,感染率5.3％。在三区中汉族感染率分别是6.3％、4.8％、7.5％;哈萨克族感染率分别是8.6％、6.2％、4.6％;而维吾尔族只在农业区为14.0％。总感染率是6.0％。本文提示农民中感染率较高,儿童和学生中感染率最高。

SERO EPIDEMICAL REPORT OF HYDATIDOSIS,IN SHAWAN COUNTY XINJIANG

An investigation among 3144 People,including the Hans,the Uygurs andthe Kazaks from the agricultural,agricultural-pastoral and Pastoral areas,was carried out in August,1987 by the ID,IHA screening method and,the-nreexamined with ELISA,IGA tests.The infection rate of hydatidosis of 1069cases found in the agricultural area was 7.5% and 1064 cases in the agricultural-pastoral area was 5.3% and 1011 cases in the pastoral area was 5.3%.Theabove-mentioned rate of the Hans found in the three areas was 6.3%,4.8%,7.5%,respectively;the Kazak was 8.6%,6.2% and 4.6% and the Uygurs in theagricultural area was only 14.0% The average rate of hydatidosis infection was6.0%.The investigation shows:the hydatidosis infection found among the pe-asants was higher than the others,while in the children and pupils the ratemouned the highest.
