| 摘 要： | 目的建立医院自制制剂祛腐生肌散的质量控制方法。方法采用双波长反射法锯齿形薄层扫描法（λs=475nm）测定祛腐生肌散中血竭素含量。结果血竭素点样量在0．21—1．05μg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9992），平均回收率为98．59％（RSD=0．94％）。结论所用方法简便、可靠、重现性好，可用于祛腐生肌散的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality standard for Qufushengji Powder. Methods Dual-wavelength reflection zigzag TLC scanning method was used to study the determination of dracorhodin in Qufushengji Powder （λs =475 nm）. Results The good linear relationship was showed within the range of 0. 21 - 1.05 μg（ r = 0. 999 2） for dracorhodin, and the average recovery rate was 98.59% （ RSD = 0. 94% ）. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and reliable with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Qufushengji Powder.. |
