风湿性二尖瓣膜病变行二尖瓣成形术的疗效观察

目的 为评估二尖瓣成形术在治疗风湿性二尖瓣膜病变的疗效。方法 对38例患者的术前、术后的心脏超声心动图检查的各项指标进行比较。结果 全组无手术死亡病例，2例行二尖瓣置换术（MVR）。术后病人瓣膜情况得到改善，心功能良好，病人无须长期服用抗凝药物。结论 严格手术适应症，注意预防及治疗风湿活动，则二尖瓣成形手术是治疗二尖瓣膜病变的良好的治疗选择。

Effective Observation of Valvuloplasty on Rheumatic Mitral Valve Disease

Objective To evaluate the effect of valvuloplasty on rheumatic mitral valve,Method The data of enchocardlography examination in 38 eases between pre - and post - operation of valvuloplasty are compared, Result The group have no case dead, 2 eases need remitral valve replacement. The enchocardiography examination show that the valve condition of post - operation is more better than its of before,and the heart function is better,but the can not maintain after 6 month of post- operation. It shows that valvuloplasty has a strict indication, and rheumatic activity makes the valve change development, specially the sub - clinical rheumatic activity. Conclusion valvuloplasty is a good choice for rheumatic mitral valve disease, but its indication is strict, whatever the case has not clinical rheumatic symptom.
