| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方青果颗粒的含量测定方法。方法用HPLC法测定诃子及青果中没食子酸的含量,采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（5∶95）为流动相;流速：0.8 mL·min^-1;检测波长：273 nm。结果没食子酸在22.64-113 2 ng与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率100.3%,RSD为1.9%（n=9）。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于复方青果颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method for Fufang Qingguo Keli.Methods The content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC.Agilent TC-C18 column was used with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（5∶95） as the mobile phase at 0.8 mL·min^-1.The detective wavelength was 273 nm.Results The calibration curve of gallic acid was linear at 22.64-113 2 ng,the average recovery was 100.3%,and RSD was 1.9%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is selective,sensitive and reproducibile,which can be used for the quality control of Fufang Qingguo Keli. |
