| 摘 要： | 目的 ]探讨更有效的测定粉防己碱含量的方法 .方法 ]选用DESCLuna 5uC18( 2 )色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 ( 83∶17) ,含 0 5g/L的三乙胺 ,流速为 0 8mL/min ,柱温为 30℃ ,检测波长为 2 82nm .结果 ]粉防己碱在 0 1137～ 0 6 82 2 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 10 2 18% .结论 ]用反相高效液相色谱法测定粉防己碱含量 ,快速、简便、可靠 ,适用于粉防己碱的含量分析 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To develop a RP HPLC method for determination of the tetrandrine .?METHODS?The separation was performed in DESC Luna 5?u C 18 (2).Mobile phase was used methanol water(83∶17, V/V) containing 0 5?g/L triethylamine.The follow rate was 0 8?mL/min, and the detect wavelength was set at 282?nm, and the temperature was 30?℃.?RESULTS?The linear range of tetrandrine was 0 113?7～0 682?2?μg and the average recovery rate of tetrandrine was 102 18%.?CONCLUSION?The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used in analysis of tetrandrine . |
