| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法选择我院自2006年3月至2008年12月收治并得到随访的23例肱骨近端骨折患者,均为Neer两部分以上骨折,均行切开复位LPHP内固定,均为新鲜骨折。最终随访应用美国肩肘外科医师协会（ASES）评分并观察肩关节活动范围评估治疗结果。结果 23例患者平均随访时间15.2个月（12～30个月）,患者平均59.6岁（45～78岁）,ASES评分平均84.6（70～95）;肩关节活动范围平均：前屈上举146.6°（95°～170°）,外旋38.2°（10°～70°）,内旋达到T10（T5～L4）水平;所有随访患者无感染,无内固定失效及骨折不愈合。结论应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗Neer两部分以上骨折可以取得较满意的临床效果。
