| Abstract: | The cytotoxicity of anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody and interleukin-2 costimulated killer cells-T-AK (T-activated killer)cells was detected with MTT colorimetric assay and Lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)release assay,and the determinating assays were improved in the study. The results showed that T-AK cells had potent cytolytic activity on human leukemia K562 cells. After our improvement, MTT assay and LDH assay became simple,convenient,stable and trustworthy in the determination of cytotoxicity. MTT colorimetric assay was much more sensitive than LDH release assay in determinating the cytolytic activity of tumor killer cells. |
