| 摘 要： | 本实验用免疫组化的方法，对兔尺骨人为骨折断端不同时间的取材标本和骨不连病人手术凿下的骨折处理硬化组织标本，进行了骨形态形成蛋白单克隆抗体染色观察。结果提示，在骨折愈合过程中，除手术，复位，内外固定等因素外，骨折愈合早期阶段，局部骨形态蛋白的存在与否可能与骨连有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | 4specimens,in different interval,harveted from fragmenttq of left shaft of ulnae in New Zealand Whiterabbits and the sclerosed bone specimens of five patients with femur nonunion were examined by anti-BMPmonoclonal antibody. our results suggest that except operation and reduction failure,insecurely fixed,BMP. one of the local contributing factors in callus formation in the early phase of fracture healing,expression ornot,maybe have some relationship with nonunion. |
