影响大黄提取液中蒽醌含量的条件探讨

摘    要:本文研究了不同溶媒十种提取方法对大黄提取液中蒽酯含量的影响,按所用溶媒不同分为醇提组和水提组,探讨了不同浓度,提取方法,煎煮时间等因素对提取的影响,结果表明,水提组中大黄后下10分钟的提取液中蒽醌含量最高,醇提组中80%提取液中蒽醌含最最高。

Abstract:he article studied the anthraquinone content in extract from Rhubarb,which affected by different sol-vent and ten kinds of methods,According to different solvent,we divided it into alcohol and water groups.The anthraquinone content in extract from Rhubarb were affected by different concentration of solvent,method,time etc.The result showed that,in the group of water,the highest anthraquinone content wasthe extract from Rhubarb put into the boiling water and continued ten minute;in the group of alcohol,eighty percent alcohol extract had the highest content.
